These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ClubManagerAI website and member-retention briefing service (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ClubManagerAI analyzes club operational data you provide and generates weekly retention briefings, summaries, and recommendations. The Service is provided on a subscription or pilot basis as agreed between you and ClubManagerAI.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload and for having the right to share it with us.
• You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt it.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. Recommendations are advisory

Briefings and recommendations are decision-support outputs, not professional, financial, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any action you take based on them. See our AI Disclaimer for more.

4. Fees

Fees, billing frequency, and pilot terms are as stated in your order or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual property

ClubManagerAI retains all rights in the Service. You retain ownership of the club data you upload and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClubManagerAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate as described in your agreement. Upon termination your right to use the Service ends.
